Policy Overview
At Refrigerant Market, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted while ensuring compliance with applicable safety and transportation regulations related to refrigerant products.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery in the following situations:
- Products that arrive damaged during shipping.
- Items with verified manufacturing defects.
- Incorrect items shipped due to an order fulfillment error.
*To qualify for a return, products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to EPA and DOT safety regulations regarding refrigerant materials, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
- ✕ Opened or partially used refrigerant containers.
- ✕ Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage after delivery.
- ✕ Custom, special-order, or bulk freight items.
- ✕ Products with broken or removed safety seals.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns must be approved in advance and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Packages returned without prior authorization may be refused upon arrival at our facility.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a shipping error or product defect. For your protection, we recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds & Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
