Shipping Coverage
Refrigerant Market proudly serves customers across the 48 continental United States. Due to carrier and safety regulations, we currently do not ship to international destinations, APO/FPO addresses, or PO Boxes.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are usually processed the same business day so they can move quickly into shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

⚠️ Hazardous Materials Notice
Refrigerant products are classified as hazardous materials (Hazmat) and must comply with DOT and EPA regulations. For safety and compliance reasons, these products are shipped using Ground Shipping only. Delivery times typically range between 15 – 22 business days.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number and carrier details so you can follow your shipment every step of the way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delivery & Inspection
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice visible damage, make sure it is noted with the driver at delivery. Any concealed damage should be reported to us within 24 hours so we can quickly assist you with a resolution.
